Axiom Cloud, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Axiom Cloud," "we," "us"), provides AI-powered software for commercial refrigeration operators. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit axiomcloud.ai (our "Website"), fill out our forms, or email us — and how we use, share, and protect it.

This policy does not cover:

The Axiom Cloud customer platform. Data we process for customers through our products is governed by our service agreements with those customers, where we act as a service provider.
Information collected offline, or by third-party websites we link to.

Information you give us

Contact and demo-request forms: name, email address, company, job title, phone number, and anything you write in a message field. Submissions are stored in our customer-relationship-management (CRM) system.

Correspondence: records of emails and messages you exchange with us.

Job applications: information you submit through the careers listings on our Website, which are hosted by a third-party recruiting platform.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and the service categories described in Section 4 may automatically collect:

Device and connection details: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen size.

Usage details: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site that referred you.

Approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address.

Except for strictly necessary services, this automatic collection happens only with your consent — see Section 4.

D. Commercial information — Yes. Records of products or services you considered or purchased.

E. Biometric information — No.

F. Internet or other network activity — Yes. Browsing and interaction data on our Website, including device and connection details.

G. Geolocation data — Yes. Approximate location derived from your IP address only.

H. Sensory data (audio, visual) — No.

I. Professional or employment-related information — Yes. Job title, employer, and information in job applications.

J. Non-public education information — No.

K. Inferences used to build a profile about you — No.

Website platform and anti-bot protection — hosts the Website, serves it securely, and verifies that visitors are human; sets essential cookies. Category: strictly necessary.
Consent manager — stores your cookie choices. Category: strictly necessary.
Analytics providers — help us understand site usage: pages viewed, sessions, approximate location. Category: analytics, loads only with your consent.
Product-analytics service — may record how visitors interact with pages (session replay — see Section 5; keyboard input is masked). Category: analytics, loads only with your consent.
Customer-relationship-management tools — process contact-form submissions and connect your visits with forms you submit. Category: analytics/marketing, loads only with your consent.
Cookieless aggregate analytics — may run in a maximum-privacy mode that sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. Category: analytics (cookieless).
Advertising network tag — measures our B2B ad campaigns and enables retargeting; this is "sharing" under California law (see Section 6). Category: advertising, loads only with your consent.
Font delivery — delivers the typefaces the site displays. Category: functional.
Embedded media and widgets — videos and careers listings embedded on some pages; each loads only when its consent category is enabled and may set its provider's cookies under that provider's privacy policy.

We do not use visitor de-anonymization or identity-resolution tools on this Website.

Session Recording and Product Analytics

With your consent, we use a product-analytics service to record how visitors interact with our Website — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and pages viewed — so we can find and fix usability problems. Text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not captured in recordings.

Recordings begin only after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the privacy settings control on this page. Withdrawal stops future recording.

How We Share Information

We share personal information with these categories of recipients:

Service providers — the service categories described in Section 4, plus vendors that support our business (such as email, billing, and IT providers). Our agreements require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
Professional advisers and authorities — to comply with law, court orders, or legal process; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Axiom Cloud, our customers, or others, including for fraud prevention.
A successor business — if Axiom Cloud is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you without restriction.

Sale and sharing of personal information; your opt-out rights

We do not sell personal information for money. However, we share limited identifiers and internet-activity data with an advertising network for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, so we can measure our ad campaigns and show you ads for our services. This constitutes "sharing" of personal information under California law, and we have shared those categories with advertising partners in the preceding 12 months. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

You can opt out of this sharing at any time by any of these methods:

Use the "Do not sell my personal information" toggle in our cookie banner (shown to California visitors), or decline advertising cookies in the banner. Reopen the banner anytime via the privacy settings control on this page.
Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC signals automatically as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser.

Your Privacy Rights

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know and access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, our sources and purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.

• Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.

• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.

• Opt out of sale or sharing — as described in Section 6, including automatically via Global Privacy Control.

• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.

• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to exercise these rights: email support@axiomcloud.ai or use our contact page at axiomcloud.ai/contact. Opting out of sale/sharing requires no verification — just use the banner toggle or GPC. For access, deletion, and correction requests, we will ask for enough information to verify that you are the person the request concerns (or their authorized agent); we use that information only for verification. You may make an access request up to twice in a 12-month period.

Response timing: we confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days; if we need more time (up to 45 additional days), we will tell you why in writing. We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded — and we will explain and give you a cost estimate before charging anything.

Residents of other U.S. states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising, exercisable through the same channels above. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer your appeal within the period your state's law requires.

Visitors from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you visit our Website from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this section also applies. Axiom Cloud, Inc. is the data controller for the Website.

Legal bases. We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for all analytics, advertising, and session-recording technologies — they load only if you accept them via our consent banner, and you may withdraw consent at any time via the privacy settings control on this page. We rely on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for strictly necessary site operation, security, and responding to inquiries you send us, and on contract or legal obligation where applicable.

Recipients. The categories of recipients are those described in Sections 4 and 6.

Your rights. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers. We and our service providers are located in the United States. Where the GDPR applies to a transfer, we rely on our providers' EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certifications and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention

We keep personal information no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. In particular:

Website analytics are retained per each provider's configured retention period — no longer than 14 months for standard traffic analytics. Session recordings are kept for a limited period configured in our analytics tool, then deleted.
CRM and correspondence records are kept for the duration of our business relationship with you, plus applicable statutes of limitation.
Consent records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
Job applications are kept as needed for recruiting and as required by law.

Longer retention may apply where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records).

Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No transmission of information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our Website.

Children

Our Website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 16, contact us at support@axiomcloud.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last modified" date at the top. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide more prominent notice on the Website.
